Connie Raezer, Appellant, was present at the hearing. Caleb Cowles, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant and the Assessor reported they agreed on a correction to the original property assessment. The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error with the Assessment Roll Correction. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $73,760 and the improvements, $516,590 for a total of $590,350 for the subject parcel.
