The well has been approved by the Mason ealth Department to provide potable water service to two (2) s e�f ily residences.There is no well house.There is a power meter at a 'S' . There is a water pump, pump controller, pressure controlling ma 'old and,a ree (3)gallon pressure tank at the Well Site. One waterline runs rth a ss said lot 1 to the existing residence on lot 1, and one water line cross the South line of lot 1 to lot 2, for future use by the owner of t 2 or single-family residence. WATER ASSESSMENTSIEXPENSES a) The cost to power the well(power meter is at the Well Site) shall be paid by the owner of lot 1 until a home is built on lot 2.
