This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 2/19/2026.
Teresa Pressly,Appellant, was present at the hearing. Russ Milarch, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean
were present.
The Appellant stated that the condition of her home warranted a reduction in assessed value.
The Assessor stated that their office has already taken the condition of the home into consideration and
adjusted the assessed value by 31%.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $80,750 and improvements at $221,790 for a total of
$302,540 for the subject parcel.
