John Laramie, Appellant, was not presentat the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant provided four comparable sales, all occurring in 2025 except for one that was pending as of the date of petition. The Assessor provided three comparable sales within the correct time range and adjusted accordingly. The application for the Property Tax Exemption for Senior Citizens and People with Disabilities was also provided. The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $38,895 and improvements at $262,095 for a total of $300,990 for the subject parcel.
