Hey Rhonda. I asked the owner and he says no drains. Its a pretty level lot and we're on the
downhill side of the structure so it would be unusual to have it.
Thanks,

H i Alex,
Can I get a statement from you or the property owner regarding the proposed ADU structure and whether it has
perimeter/foundation drains? I didn't pay much attention while I was out on the site, but an email would be helpful
for the upcoming review with management.
Thanks,
Rhonda Thompson, RS
