Community Development — Kell Rowen
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Randy Collins discussed the 2026-2027 Fire Investigation contract with the Mason County Fire
Chief's Association. Approved to move forward.
Public Works — Loretta Swanson
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Loretta continued the discussion around Delmore Road.
• Loretta and Richard discussed the Belfair Water Reclamation Facility and addressed defects in water
reclamation pond. There will be a meeting with the Department of Ecology to track open issues.
Support Services — Travis Adams
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• John Taylor shared debris from the Bear Gulch fire is shifting in flow.
• John requested the transition of Mason County's emergency alert system from CodeRED to
Everbridge. Approved to move forward.
• Travis shared the 2.0% general wage increase for non -represented employees effective January 1,
2026. Approved to move forward.
• Travis discussed Out of Class and Lead Pay for 2026.
