Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.

Applicant Interview — Virginia Feldman for Mason Historic Preservation Commission
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Commissioners interviewed Virginia Feldman for the HPC. Approved to move forward.
Public Works — Loretta Swanson
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Richard Dickinson shared the Consultant Agreement with Dave Evans & Associates for the
Washington State Department of Transportation's (WSDOT) State Route (SR) 302/Victor Creek
Culvert replacement project. Approved to move forward.
Richard gave a reminder for the early closure of the Belfair Drop Box Station and Eells Hill.
Support Services — Travis Adams
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Travis shared the Lodging Tax Advisory (LTAC) Committee contracts for 2026. Approved to move
forward.
• Travis discussed the 2026 Commission meeting calendar. Approved to move forward.
• Jennifer Beierle presented the monthly financial report for November 2025.
Public Defense — Maggie Houston
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Angela Avery and Maggie shared the proposed case weighting policy, compliance with caseload
reductions, and proposed 2026 contract for Indigent Defense cases. Tabled.
• Maggie discussed the 2026 contracts with Taschner Law, PLLC. Approved to move forward.
10:50 A.M. Public Health — Dave Windom
Commissioners Neatherlin, Tarzwell, and Trask were in attendance.
• Ian Tracy shared an urgent flooding news release. Approved to move forward.
• Casey Bingham shared the 2026 Environmental Health fees.
• Dave discussed the Local Homeless Housing Plan for 2025-2030. The Department of Commerce has
approved an extension for the submission of the plan to January 31 st, 2026.
