This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 1/15/2026.
William & Diana Adcock, Appellant, were not present at the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and
Assessor Patti McLean were present.
The Appellant presented three comparable properties with the sales dates in 2025, which is a year after the
assessment date. These sales are valid for 2026 tax year.
The Assessor presented three comparable properties with sales dates in 2024. The assessed value of the
subject property falls within this range.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $231,835 and the improvements at $909,560 for a
total of $1,141,395 for the subject parcel.
