BOE True and Fair Value Determination Land $ 29,715 Land $ 29,715 Improvements $ Improvements $ Minerals $ Minerals $ Personal Property $ Personal Property $ Total Value $ 29,715 Total Value $ 29,715 This decision is based on our finding that: The hearing was held on 1/15/2026. Kathryn Krummeck, Appellant, was present at the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant stated that her property was not accessible by road. She further stated that it was a primitive site with no utilities. The Appellant provided one comparable sale in her petition. The Assessor provided ten properties that were not comparable to the Appellants property because of the steep slope adjacent to the road. The Assessor had not been aware of several of the propertys limitations introduced by the Appellant. The Assessor will revisit the property description and apply the appropriate decrement. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $29,715 for a total of $29,715 for the subject parcel.
