9670 ext. 419. If you need to listen to the Commission meeting via telephone, please provide your telephone number to the
Commissioners’ Office no later than 4:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting.

8.2 Approval to appoint Virginia Feldman to the Mason County Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) for a
term beginning January 6, 2026 and ending November 30, 2028.
8.3 Approval of the letter to Governor Bob Ferguson regarding Public (Indigent) Defense cost impacts in Mason
County.
8.4 Approval for Cmmr. Neatherlin to sign the Vacant Land Purchase and Sale Agreement for parcel no. 22005-
53-00012 located at 1581 E Phillips Lake Loop Road in Shelton to Bernard and Lisa Stewart for the purchase
price of $6,000.
8.5 Approval to set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. to amend the 2026 Annual
Construction Program and 2026-2031 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
