This letter is to notify you that the aforementioned septic permit has been rescinded until
further notice. Land clearing, tree removal, and drainage issues have resulted in poor site
conditions for septic system installation.The site will need to be monitored over the wet
season and the soil reevaluated in the drier seasons when new test holes can be dug.The
associated building permit BLD2025-01028 has been placed on hold until it is determined a
septic system can still be installed.
