The existing sewage system for above referenced parcel was approved for a three-
bedroom home or 360 gallons of sewage per day

• The site will be open for use from June 15th through September 1st from 12-8
Tuesday through Sunday.
• There are two toilets and two showers that will be discharged into the sewage
disposal system.
• The average daily flow will be 25 peaple at a design flow of 10 gallons per day
per person using the site for a total of 250 gallons per day. (See the attached
flow requirements from the E.P.A. manual.
• This is a private pool with no employees or lifeguards on duty.
• We would support this change of use at the above-mentioned flows which are
well below the maximum flow the system is designed to handle.
