The Washington State Military Department (Department) and the US Department of Homeland Security (OHS)
10.DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT
Due to shifting priorities and to ensure a full expenditure of funds, the following changes are being made.
•Update Subproject (SP) #1 Mason County Operational Communications language and budgei amounts ,n the
Enduring Needs (EN) Work Plan.
•Add SP #2 Mason County Coroner Mass Fatality Trailer Equipment to the EN Work Plan.
•Update the Budget to reflect the above changes.
•Extend the Agreement end date.

This Amendment is incorporated in and made a part of the Grant Agreement. Except as amended herein, all other tem1s ancl
conditions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect. Any reference in the original Grant Agreement or an
Amendment to the "Grant Agreement" shall mean "Grant Agreement as amended". The Department and Sub-Recipient
acknowledge and accept the terms of this Amendment as identified above, effective on the final date of execution below. By
signing this Amendment, the sign atories warrant they have the authority to execute this Amendment.
