Septic System Sizing for Proposed Commercial Building
To whom it may concern,
The septic system was sized for 240gpd. The proposed new use is an office space with a maximum of 2
employees onsite for 8 hours per day. The sizing for the 2 employees would be 16gpd/employee for a
total of 32gpd. The 240gpd will be more than sufficient to support the 32gpd flow from the office space.
Sewage will be residential waste strength as it will only be bathroom waste.
