(Shelton Springs Road Walkway)
The Grantor(s), Port of Shelton, a municipal corporation, for and in consideration of
$10.00 and mutual benefit, convey(s) and grant(s) unto the Mason County, a Municipal
Corporation and its assigns, Grantee, for their mutual benefit, an easement over, under, upon
and across the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of a perpetual right of way easement
for a walkway over and across the following described real property, together with the right,
privilege and authority to construct, operate and maintain said and walkway.
Said lands being situated in Mason County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:
For legal description and additional conditions
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that
the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the Mason County, a
Municipal Corporation unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the
Mason County, a Municipal Corporation, by its authorized agent.

WALKWAY EASEMENT
All that portion of Southwest quarter (SW ''/a) of the Northeast quarter (NE %) of Section
twelve (12), Township twenty (20) North, Range four (4) West, W.M., lying Southwesterly of
the Southwesterly right of way of Shelton Springs Road County Road No. 50810 situate in
Mason County Washington, said parcel also known as Parcel 2 of BLA No. 15-30, which lies
Southwesterly of said Southwesterly right of way and Northeasterly of the Port of Shelton's
chain -link fence.
Said parcel being more particularly shown on the official project map on file in the office of
the Mason County Engineer.
The total amount of property for the easement is 0.92 acres more or less.
