Requirements

Reduce setback from foundation to drainfield from 10 feet to a minimum of 2 feet.
Mitigation is that drainfield is down-slope of foundation and septic effluent will drain away, not toward
the foundation.

This dwelling does NOT have foundation drain piping or a tight line roof drain it will have splash blocks at
the base of the down spouts at the surface when complete.

Hi Josh,
These applicants are requesting a waiver to go down to 4ft from the house to the downgradient drainfield.The
problem is this stick built home likely has those perimeter/foundation drains on the side of the drainfield. Is that
true?Can you confirm?We won't be able to reduce the setback below 10ft if there are drains on that side. I think
everything is already installed and built.They didn't get pre-approval for this.They just submitted the waiver
request with the asbuilt.
