From: Rhonda Thompson<RThompson@masoncountywa.gov> Sent:Tuesday, May 27, 2025 2:47 PM To:Joshua Quarders<JQuarders@masoncountywa.gov> Subject: BLD2024-01249 Hi Josh, These applicants are requesting a waiver to go down to 4ft from the house to the downgradient drainfield. The problem is this stick built home likely has those perimeter/foundation drains on the side of the drainfield. Is that true? Can you confirm? We won't be able to reduce the setback below 10ft if there are drains on that side. I think everything is already installed and built. They didn't get pre-approval for this. They just submitted the waiver request with the asbuilt.
