IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED THEREFORE: That the Original Contract is hereby amended as follows:
1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the contract term by one month and add
funding to support staff and operations for paying August 2025 rents.
2. FUND SOURCE: Consolidated Homeless Grant
3. AMENDMENT TERM: July 1, 2025 — August 31, 2025

1
