the existing 2-bedroom system consists of a 1,200 gallon 2-compartment concrete septic tank followed by 84 lineal feet of gravity drainfield trench(252 s.f.).

soil should it be needed in the future. This reserve area is in the steeply sloped treed area
between the two garage buildings; it has no setback issues as it is 100+ from any wells or surface
water. No soil is to be disturbed in this area and it should not be used for vehicle traffic or
parking.
