You will purchase from me a 1969 GMC 9500 series four thousand gallon septic tank pumping truck for the sum of NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100THS ($9, 500. 00) DOLLARS cash. 2. You will furnish a driver for this truck and will furnish all liability insurance; the driver not to be an agent of Evergreen Septic Tank Service while operating the truck. It should be specifically understood as heretofore set forth, however, that I am in no way assuming responsibility for the driver of the truck, the maintenance of the vehicle or the maintenance of your septic tank system. In the event the vehicle which you are purchasing is unable to service the septic tank at the Blue Herron and pump it daily and it is necessary that I use the equipment of Evergreen Septic Tank Service, you shall reimburse me at the rate of $35.00 per hour for the use of the equipment and a driver. It is further agreed that when your use of the pumper truck has ended I shall have the first option to repurchase the truck; the purchase price to be established by your securing a buyer at a given price and then offering the truck to me with five (5) days in which to exercise the option. It is my understanding that I will agree that under my direction the septic tank for the Blue Herron Condominum will be maintained on a daily basis and the tank will be pumped and the effluent disposed of in an approved treatment plant, preferably the Bremerton Treatment Plant with whom I have made prior arrange- ments for dumping the effluent. I further affirm that the exact terms of the-agreement between us and the compensation to be paid are covered in a separate letter, which will follow this letter . .
