SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 1982 , it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due
to a grant from the State Department of Emergency Services
for the preparation of a Mason County Response Plan for the`
Satsop Nuclear Facility, Plant No. 3
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the 22nd day of February 19 82 , at the
hour of 10:30 oaclock in the morning, the Board of County
Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse in
Shelton; Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place tora public hearing upon the matter of the-. supplemental_
appropriationto the budget for the. Emergency Services fund,
in the estimated amount of $ 6,300 , for the above -mentioned
purposes and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is.authorized,
empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing -to be
published as provided by law.
