WHEREAS Mason County and St. Edwards Catholic Church each
wishes to enlarge its parkingfacilities in anticipation of possible
increased need; and,
WHEREAS the County Court House and the Church are located
within reasonable distances of each other in the City of Shelton; and,
WHEREAS the County and the Church each owns and has or will
have certain parking areas available for its own use; and,
WHEREAS the peak parking requirements for the County Court House
and for the Church fall on different times of the day and different
days of the week;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT MASON COUNTY shall enter
into an Agreement with St. Edwards Catholic Church for the mutual
use of their parking areas as described in the Agreement for the
period of time described therein.
ADOPTED this 1st day of February , 1982.
