Establishment of County Roads
(Plat of Rustlewood, Div. 2)
WHEREAS, on January 4 , 1982, the Board of County Commissioners did
pass and approve a Resolution of Intention to Establish the following roads in
the Plat of Rustlewood, Div. 2, as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Pages 66 and
67, records of Mason County, Washington:
Extension 2913 Lookout Court (.05 mile) Total .07 mi.
Extension 2915 Sea Vista Lane (.22 mile) Total .24 mi.
Extension 2917 Breeze Drive (.05 mile) Total .07 mi.
New 2916 Sea Vista Court Total .02 mi.
and,
WHEREAS, after due Notice and Public Hearing, pursuant to law, and after
careful consideration and study of the report submitted by the Mason County Engi-
neer, finds that the establishment is a public necessity and practicable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commis-
sioners, that the roads as listed above, be established as a part of the Mason
County Road System, and the Mason County Engineer be directed to proceed with
said establishment.
