SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 1982 , it is necessary to make provision for.supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due
to a grant from the State of Washington in the sum of $54,110
for the hiring of one Sheriff's Deputy and the purchase of
necessary equipment for the Deputy for an eighteen month peHod.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the lst day of February , 19 82 , at the
hour of 11:00 o'clock in the morning, the Board of County
Commissioners of,Mason County, at the County Courthouse in
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the. s-upplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Sheriff's fund,
in the estimated amount of $ 54,110 , for the above -mentioned
purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is -authorized,
empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be
published as provided by law.
