RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROADS
Plat of Rustlewood, Div. 2
WHEREAS, on Monday, January 4 , 1982, in conformance with RCW
36.81.010, the Board of County Commissioners entered upon their Minutes a motion
declaring their intention to establish the following roads in the Plat of Rustlewood,
Div. 2, as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Pages 66 and 67, records of Mason County,
Washington:
Extension 2913 Lookout Court (.05 mile) Total .07 mi.
Extension 2915 Sea Vista Lane (.22 mile) Total .24 mi.
Extension 2917 Breeze Drive (.05 mile) Total .07 mi.
New 2916 Sea Vista Court Total .02 mi.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed County roads are a public
necessity, and that the County Engineer be directed to report thereon, and the
Clerk of the Board shall fix a time and place for hearing the report as required
by statute, and that the Prosecuting Attorney be requested to review and give
approval to the steps herein ordered.
