DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necesary to cover 1984
Operation Supplies for the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Utilities (519-50-47) in
the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
Operation Supplies that have been needed throughout the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted:
Transfer $1,000 from Utilities, 519-50-47, to Operation
Supplies 519-50-31.2.
