DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necesary to cover 1984
Miscellaneous Dues for the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Repair and Maintenance of
Office Equipment (538-60-48.1) in the Department of General
Services; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
necessary dues that have been needed throughout the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted:
Transfer $50 from Utilities, 538-60-48.1, to Miscellaneous -
Dues 538-60-49.1.
ADOPTED this 31st day of December , 1984.
