and return to the Building Department. However, before the Building Department
can begin trying to resolve this matter, you or Mrs. Thayer must first contact
the Environmental Health Department and speak with John Denison regarding the
unapproved septic system currently in use. There is a photo copy of a certified
letter among the papers I have sent that was mailed to the Thayer's on 2-10-81
detailing what was required at that time to bring the system up to code and to
correct any problems that existed. It appears that at the time the letter was
received, they did not take this matter seriously and now must resolve them
as any building permits received will be held until this situation is taken
care of to the satisfaction of the Environmental Health Department.
