Dear Amanda,
We spoke on Friday concerning my TI permit you said you needed a report on the septic our type of
use etc... My septic designer is out of town right now and I hope this letter will suffice. I have three
stores so I have a good history on our usage. Currently between all of them we use less than 90
gallons a day average. Our hours of operation are only from 4pm-9pm everyday. Most of our business
is delivery so bathroom usage is mainly for employees. We don't have sit down seating just waiting
areas. The waste strength is low because we use all cardboard or paper products all food processing is
done off site and we do not was)our baking screens. In closing the bulk of our usage is for hand
washing. I hope this will adequately address septic concerns. Thank you any questions please call at
253-973-0281 or 360-275-2838
Sincerely,
Doug Sudduth
