IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED THEREFORE: That the Original Contract is hereby amended as follows:
1. PURPOSE: Provide additional funding to support additional rent for the CHG Eviction Prevention
Program to serve 15 households and to support current shelter housing needs.
2. FUND SOURCE: Consolidated Homeless Grant
3, AMENDMENT TERM: April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025
