Notice
The receipt of this notice shall constitute service regarding notification of violations of
the Mason County Code, and shall also serve as Warning Notice pursuant to Mason
County Code, Title 15, Section 15.13.035. The violation(s) are occurring at the
following property:
Enforcement Case No.: BCC2007-00098
Parcel No.: 223315300002
Site Address: 730 NE COLLINS LAKE DR TAHUYA
On June 5, 2007, in response to a complaint filed with our office, staff
investigated and posted a Stop Work Order for failure to obtain required
development permit prior to construction of a carport at the above address.
According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal
interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to
comply.
The parties shall respond to the county within twenty days of the postmark,
posting on site, or delivery of the notice.
Records indicate that this enforcement issue has not been resolved and is
outstanding at this time.
Order
YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED to abate violations in the following manner:
1) Within 30 days or prior to July 10, 2007 you must apply for an After-The-Fact
Permit or remove structure.
A compliance inspection is also required and must be scheduled within 30 days.
Penalties
This notice is to inform you that in the event that you fail to comply, we will pursue
additional enforcement action against you, including but not limited to recording
against the parcel, civil infractions, liens against the property through the Mason
County Hearings Examiner process and/or criminal prosecution as allowed under
Title 15.13 of the Mason County Code.
Note that the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of any Notice posted
on 6/5/2007 would be deemed a separate violation of Title 14.
