Dear Mr. Olson:
A site inspection was conducted at thete-degcn ov e a 18, 2012 verify fire damage to the
structure and determine the condiflor of the damaged manufactured h . D ring the inspection the

Thi notice is sent to inform you of the notices posted on the structure. In addition the structure needs to
b secured and maintained against entry immediately. Please secure the structure and contact our
fice within 14-days of this notice to arrange for an inspection to verify that the building is secured
against entry.

Any Id+rig-decJa ngerous building shall made to comply which may include removal or repair.
The building inspector report stated that the manufactured structure is a total loss. He reported that the
fire burned completely through a 10-foot section and gutted the majority of the home. Please contact
our office within the next 90-days (by August 23, 2012) to let us know how you plan to abate the structure
either through repair, removal, or another abatement method. Note that the removal, mutilation,
destruction or concealment of the notices posted would be deemed a violation of Mason County Code
Title 14.
