X / 5) The placement of small propane tanks are not normally subject to a permit review by the Planning Department; however, propane tanks are subject to Planning Department regulations. Such regulations primarily consist of setbacks from shorelines and features considered to be critical areas (streams, wetlands, slopes, etc.) If you thinks tures exist on or nearby your property, please contact the Planning Department so that exact setback requirements can be determined. X____ 6) All property lines shall be clearly identified at the time of foundation inspection. X / 7) All building permits shall have a final inspection performed and approved by the Mason County Building Department prior to permit expiration.
