We are in receipt of the building permit application for R. B. Pollard for a
garage.
In this connection, we are returning your check In the amount of $36.00, with
the request that you issue a new one in the amount of $24.00, since there is no
plan check fee for a garage. As soon as we receive the check, we will issue the
permit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
