RE: "AFTER THE FACT" MOBILE HOME PERMIT
Case No. : RLC94-1624
Parcel No. : 223315100017
Dear Applicant :
As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and it ' s critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.
Please contact me at (206) 427-9670 or (206) 275-4467, ext. 365 if you have
any questions .
Sincerely, "
Allan Borden, Land Use Planner
Department of Community Development
COMMENTS:
Collins Lake shoreline, wetland on lake edge, and some steep slopes on
site. Past site preparation and septic system installation allows
placement of mobile where now sited. No other location on lot would meet
property line setbacks. No structures can be added or built that would be
closer to lake than 40 feet (like lot 18 or 19) .
