Measured a shore commonline setback from corner of house on east side to rear side of old mobile near lake (or second post from end on west property line, marked as B on map) . Sideyard setback is 5 feet for easement and 5 feet building setback for a total of 10 feet. Records show parcels to be combined for development purposes.
