Richardson Enforcement File No.: ENF2004-00034 PO Box 645 Bremerton, WA 98337-0149 RE: Violation of Mason County Code Parcel No.: 22331-51-00050 Dear Mr. Richardson, Our office received a complaint regarding non-permitted construction located on the above-described parcel of land situated within Mason County. According the Mason County Assessor records, you are the current Title Owner and Taxpayer of this parcel. Pursuant to Mason County Code, Title 14 Building and Construction, a permit for this type of activity would be required under the 1997 Uniform Building Code and your property is currently in violation status. From the information received on the complaint and notations made by the inspector during a site investigation, it appears that the work does require applicable permits. To date, there is no record of permit submittal. There is also a question regarding the contractor being licensed by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries to perform the work. To bring your site into compliance you must apply for and obtain a permit for the roofing work that was done. This will involve submitting structural drawings with your permit application. An appointment should be made with Jenny Nickerson at(360)427- 9670 Ext 219 for submittal review. Please make the necessary arrangements to apply prior to February 27,2003. In the event that you feel you have received this notice in error or that the contents are incorrect, I encourage you to contact me immediately at (360)427-9670 Ext 356 to discuss your concerns.
