Dear Mr. & Mrs . Boyle, ,
On 11-30-92 , a field inspector from this office investigated
a structure being built without the required permit . Pursuant to
the Uniform Building Code, Sec 301, a stop work order was issued.
The failure to stop work, the resuming of work without
permission from the Building Official, or the removal, mutilation,
destruction or concealment of the Stop Work Notice is punishable by
fine and imprisonment .
In an effort to resolve this matter, please complete the
enclosed permit application and send the required information to
this office prior to March 1, 1993 .

Mason County or the Uniform Building Code in reference to the
