Site visit with potential owner' s verified that west and northwest area of lot 53 has adequate area for home site and septic system. Wetlands in lot 52 & 54 are located such that meeting vegetation management setback is not possible. Small westland in lot 52 could be cleaned up and revegetated through the Mason Environmental Permit process.
