NOTICE OF MASON COUNTY CODE VIOLATION

The receipt of this notice shall constitute service regarding notification of violations of
the Mason County Code, Title 14, Building and Construction. The violation(s) are
occurring at the following property:
Enforcement Case File No.: ENF2004-00049
Parcel No: 22330-50-00331
Site Address: 670 NE Haven Lake Dr., Tahuya, WA
❑ The Mason County Building Department investigated on 02/05/04, a complaint
regarding the non-permitted installation of a manufactured/mobile home at the above
location. The inspector noted that the complaint was valid and posted a stop work
order for no permit.
According to the Mason County Assessor records,parties named above hold legal
interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to
comply. To date, no compliance action has been taken. In order to bring the site into
compliance, you must apply for and receive the after the fact building permit from Mason
County and alteration permits from the Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industries
or remove the unit from the parcel if it was manufactured prior to June 15, 1976. Mason
County prohibits installation of units built prior to June 15, 1976.
In the event that you feel you have received this notice in error or that the facts are
inaccurate, I strongly encourage you to contact me to discuss your concerns prior to
March 22,2004.
