As stated in that notice, Mason county is subject to an Order of Invalidity imposed by the Western Washington Growth Management Hearings Board on January 14th of this year. Unfortunately the Order of Invalidity does affect your project as proposed. This department is hopeful that the current situation will be resolved in a timely manner. You are welcome to reapply at such time. If you have any questions please call me at extension 270 .
