Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you will find
comments made regarding the proposed development and its critical values.
This information is based on County and State regulations as they exist to date. These
regulations may change and may affect the requirements for development of the subject
property.

Comments RLC for Dave Hiatt,
Site visit done on 7/13/01 . Request was made to determine if any
critical areas would be impacted by future well drilling and
residential development. The property is more than 200 ft. from
Haven Lake and is not subject to the requirements of the Mason
County Shoreline Master Program. The Comprehensive Plan
designation of the area is Rural. The lot has been mostly cleared
of vegetation in preparation for residential construction. The
property is relatively flat. Slopes do not appear to exceed 5%.
No geotech reports would be necessary to site structures on the
property. Through field and office reviews no streams or wetlands
were identified within 200 feet that would be impacted by future
development of the property. No other critical areas were
identified.
