As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values.
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams;
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMENTS:
Upper area near Haven Way is logged and has slopes of 3 to 8%; (house
site marked is 40 feet from steep slopes (20 to 80% slope) and 150 feet
from stream; adequate area for house and spetic system. Need to leave 5
feet for sideyard setback and 10 feet from county road easement; house to
south is over property line about 8 to 10 feet; upper area use for
residence would be approved if following county standards.
