To undertake the following development:
The repair and replacement of a preexisting bulkhead and dock on Haven Lake. The new
bulkhead will be 8" X 2' concrete wall with a 12" thick and 34" in width approximately 67 ft in
length. All labor done by hand except for concrete pump truck and concrete truck. The new dock
will be constructed of all outdoor wood supporting beams 10 piles and Geo-Deck surface
approximately 44 ft in length.
Within HAVEN LAKE and/or its associated wetlands is exempt from the requirement of substantial development
because the development is categorized under WAC 173-27-040(2) as being category
B-normal maintenance
