Called Guardian Selection Inventory (GSI). 3.3.Approval of Extending Barbara Hubbards provisional employment for an additional 4 months (March-June 2025). /ƒƒƩƭ͵ bğǒƌƷΉDƚǒŭŷ ƒƚǝĻķ ğƓķ ƭĻĭƚƓķĻķ Ʒƚ ğƦƦƩƚǝĻ ƷŷĻ ƦƩƚǝźƭźƚƓğƌ ŅƚǒƩ ƒƚƓƷŷƭ ĻƒƦƌƚǤƒĻƓƷ ŅƚƩ .ğƩĬğƩğ IǒĬĬğƩķ͵ aƚƷźƚƓ ĭğƩƩźĻķ ǒƓğƓźƒƚǒƭƌǤ͵ 3.4.Corrections Nothing to update at this time, other than they will have new eligibility lists with GSI starting 3/1/2025. 3.5.Patrol- Waiting for new updated eligibility lists that will be all new starting 3/1/2025 with the new GSI testing. 3.6.Support Staff- Loss of K--9 he is working with. Mark mentioned the credit union is a huge supporter of the K-9 program. As of February 2025, all of the support staff positions are filled and new hires are doing very well. Attendance: Mell Ferrier, Commissioner and Eric Gough, Commissioner. Mark Nault was not present Others: Tami Beyer, Tenielle Masteller, Meghan Andrews, and Kevin Hanson. 1.Approval of Minutes: February 2025, regular meeting minutes. th Commissioner Ferrier/Gough agreed the April 17 meeting due to not having enough time to review. 2.Open Forum for Citizen Input No public comment. 3.Chief Examiner Update 3.1.Position Tracking 12 vacant funded positions: Community Service Officer2, Corrections Deputy- 6, Deputy Sheriff-3, and Support Specialist-1 3.2.Public Safety Testing - New LEO/CO Written Examination Effective 3/1/2025. Called Guardian Selection Inventory (GSI). 3.3.New Chief Civil Service Examiner, Cmmrs. Ferrier/Gough moved and seconded to appoint Tenielle Masteller as Chief Civil Service Examiner Motion carried unanimously. 4. 4.1 Wanting a New Corrections Deputy List, both entry and lateral. We may have 7 total, 2 and 5 positions. 4.2 Patrol- 2 in background, new evidence tech starting 4/1/2025. They would like a new entry and lateral eligibility list. Lots of movement as of 4/1/2025, losing a patrol for a promotion and must do a rebid because of the promotion. We have 2 corporals moving to sergeant on 4/1/2025.
