decision and assess fines and fees in the amount of$3,750(Mason County Code Title 6 violations)and
$2,250(enforcement&hearing costs). A recording fee for the recording of this lien and for the possible
release of the lien,upon full payment,was added in the amount of$78;total amount$6,078,
The fines assessed shall be in accordance with Title 15.13.050(D)4 of the Mason County Code.The fines
shall be assessed against the property and be recorded on the assessment roles,and thereafter shall
constitute a special assessment against,and a lien upon the property.Fines in excess of the assessed value
shall be a personal obligation of the property owner.
