NOTICE is hereby given that the Mason County Hearing Examiner did on May 15,2008,set forth a decision
and assess a penalty of$24,000.00 and costs of$600.00 for violations of solid waste regulations contained in
Title 6 of the Mason County Code;these fines were filed as alien under Auditor's file#1927105. A portion
of the fine was released due to partial compliance,leaving the amount of$16,600.00 as a lien on the real
property. The fines have been paid in full. The property was not cleaned prior to the lien release and remains
out of compliance with Mason County Code.
The total lien amount of$16,600.00 shall hereby be released.
