decision and assess a penalty of$6,550.00 for violations of solid waste regulations contained in Title 6 of
the Mason County Sanitary Code. Past payment reduces the total amount of the lien to$2,691.63. This
amount does not include current interest due. A recording fee for the recording of this amended lien and
for the possible release ofthe lien,upon full payment,was added in the amount of$76.00.
