NOTICE is hereby given that the Mason County Hearing Examiner did on November 12,2004,set forth a
decision and assess a penalty of$6,550.00 for violations of solid waste regulations contained in Title 6 of the
Mason County Sanitary Code.Past payment reduces the total amount of the lien to$2,691.63;these fines
were filed as an amended lien under Auditor's file#2111144. A recording fee for the recording of this lien
and for the release upon payment of the lien was added in the amount of$76.00. The fines have been paid in
full.
The violations of solid waste regulations in Title 6 of the Mason County Code have not been resolved.
The total lien amount of$2,691.63 shall hereby be released.
