I will need separate forms for each inquiry please.It would be helpful if I had the homeowners parcel numbers (12 digit tax number) and some detail on the locations of the alleged violations, etc.. Photos are also helpful. You may either mail them back to the Permit Assistance Center, PO Box 279, Shelton, WA 98584 or drop them off in the permit assistance center at Bldg 3, 426 West Cedar Street, Shelton. Thank you. I am asked by some neighbors to ask your department a question pertaining to unpermitted issues. There are two buoys in front of our houses. One is in the channel on our side of the inlet.It has a very long line and moves far each way depending upon the tide. This fellow rents a home nearby. Homeowner Wark has built a float that lies on the beach.It is not permitted. We are wondering if the permit center has an enforcement arm that could remove these items. We had to play by the rules when we installed our dock.They are there for the protection of the community. Please advise.
