These pictures were taken between the dates of 10-7-02 and 10-15-02. As you can see this structure is illegal . progress is being made to make this a permanent structure. You may also notice that there are no permits posted anywhere on this structure. The problems here are many!!. One. The structure is too close to the road and has caused traffic safety issues. Two. The "rv" that this structure is attached to has been in place approximently one year and is not a permanent building and therefore is not hooked up to a septic system. Three; The structure violates many building code requirements concerning, framing, electrical, foundation, and mechanical issues. The solution here is that the county will do an onsite inspection and deem the structure illegal and have the structure and the trailer removed by the property owner.
